Happy Graduation, Daddy!

The Husband graduated from DePaul University's Master's program (Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse) at the beginning of June. It was such a sigh of relief when he walked across that stage! The past two years have been so hard with him going to school full time WHILE working full time. Especially since Bubba came, we've been counting down the days until he just gets to work and come home and hang with his fam!

The graduation was at Allstate Arena and we went to Ram afterward for dinner. Here are some pictures. Congratulations, Daddy!

You want me to eat WHAT?!

We gave Bubba some rice cereal for the first time on June 10th. He HATED it!! He kept making scrunched-up faces of dislike and coughing. It was adorable. We tried it again a couple of days later and he still hated it. We'll try a few more times and then move on to something else if he still hates it! Happy Birthday, Mommy!

My birthday was Friday, June 4th. I turned 24. I cannot believe how much I have and how much I have been blessed in 24 short years. Most notably, I have a fantastic husband and an amazing little boy. God has blessed me in ways I cannot even comprehend. I have so much in my life to love and I feel so loved. I hope I always remember what it was like to have so much at so young and I hope I always realize that I don't deserve it. God has been so generous. I love my family (extended included!) :)
